This convenience venture looked for conciliating a flexible layout with shopping areas variables 36-95 m² and a good parking area, since the clients of this type of business seek exactly the easy park and to find various shops and services. Materials were used on the facade following current trends. The permeability of the implementation of the building also allows good natural ventilation, with shaded walkways in covered gallery.
