Warehouses Condo – Jacarepaguá
The project of a Warehouse Condo, in the industrial region of Jacarepaguá, was designed to meet the specific demands of this type of construction. The three sheds are deployed along the way for greater use of the area and creating among them a circulation patio suitable for maneuvering of trucks and trailers. It was considered as project premises the use of renewable materials, natural ventilation and lighting and the reuse of rainwater.
