Ipanema Apartment

This apartment needed the upgrade of existing facilities and plant. Following the trend of eliminating Maid room (as in a few cases there is someone sleeping), the kitchen got a new layout and new status of importance at home. It became a living and entertaining friends place. Following this line, specification of materials and lighting design valued the space without losing functionality. By eliminating the maid room, the laundry area got enough closets and work benches. Above them hangs to ironed clothes were installed. The rooms were converted into suites with spacious, bright bathrooms. The joinery design, the choice of furniture, carpets, curtains and objects sought to reflect the profile of the young couple who loves to welcome friends.
